Hirschsprungs Family Connections

On Saturday 3rd  October 2016 Zach took part in the Bournemouth Marathon Festivals’ 2Km children’s race. The race was along Bournemouth sea front and Zach ran really well despite his initial nerves.

Zach chose to raise money for Southampton hospitals G4 ward and Hircshsprungs family connections. Charities very close to all our hearts.

Zach raised £396.00 which was split between ward G4s and HFC.

Zach was born with Hirschsprungs disease and at 2 days old took his first ride in an ambulance from Poole hospital to Southampton hospital’s PICU.

Zach is now 10 and has a love of football and music and is kind, funny and caring boy.
